Tickets and entry
- Every person, including infants, requires a ticket.
- Download tickets to the device wallet before gameday.
- Use the suggested gate on the mobile ticket.
- Ticket resolution booths at Gates B and D generally open three hours before kickoff.
- Premium doors generally open two hours before kickoff; other gates generally open 90 minutes before kickoff.
- Metal detectors are used at every entrance.
- No re-entry is permitted without a new, unused ticket.
Clear bag policy
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag: maximum 12 × 6 × 12 inches.
- Small clutch or wallet: maximum 4.5 × 6.5 inches.
- One-gallon clear plastic storage bags are permitted.
- Baby supplies must be placed in an approved clear bag; diaper bags are not permitted.
- Medical necessities are permitted following inspection at designated gates.
- No bag-check service is available.
Permitted items
- Cell phones, binoculars, blankets, small non-obstructive umbrellas.
- Cameras with lenses shorter than six inches, without cases.
- Empty non-glass water vessels.
- Seat cushions no larger than 16 × 16 inches.
- Hand sanitizer up to four ounces, heated apparel, medical equipment, and nursing pumps.
Common prohibited items
- Weapons, fireworks, drones, glass, aerosols, artificial noisemakers, and laser pointers.
- Noncompliant bags, camera cases, golf umbrellas, strollers, signs, banners, balloons, and selfie sticks.
- Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or alcohol containers, subject to approved dietary exceptions.
- Stadium chairs and seat backs unless medically documented or rented through the stadium program.
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and illegal drugs.
Stadium services
- Concessions are cashless; a cash-to-Visa kiosk is available at Gate D.
- Wi-Fi is available on ND-Guest.
- Guest Services booths are located at lower-concourse Gates A–E and upper-level locations.
- Safe in the Seat wristbands are available for children and dependents.
- First aid: lower level near Sections 11 and 26; upper level near Sections 109–110 and 128–129.
- Lost and found during the game: Room 1235, West Concourse.
Accessibility
- Contact the ticket office early for accessible seating arrangements.
- Ramps are located at Gates A, B, D, and E.
- Elevators serve the upper level on the east and west sides.
- Wheelchair transport to and from seats may be requested, but wheelchairs cannot remain with guests.
- Medical bags and equipment receive additional screening.
Alcohol
- Guests must be 21 and present valid identification.
- Limit of two alcoholic beverages per identification, per transaction.
- Service ends at the conclusion of the third quarter.
- Outside alcohol is prohibited, alcohol cannot move between premium spaces and the concourse, and guests cannot exit with alcohol.
